Getting There: Crowne Plaza is 36 minutes from Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and just over an hour away from Brisbane Airport. There is an airport shuttle bus from OOL that stops at the hotel.
Parking: Complimentary car parking for hotel guests. Please take a ticket at the boom gate and get it validated at the reception desk. The car park is also open to non-guests for $18 (day rate), subject to availability.
Conference Rooms
The conference has secured discounted rates for delegates at the Crowne Plaza in superior rooms.
Our Superior Rooms – King or Twin – offers all of the comfort and amenities you need for an amazing stay in Surfers Paradise. Relax on the balcony with garden or partial ocean views. Make the most of the amenities including your LCD TV, mini bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, table and chairs, and bathtub with a separate shower.
Bookings can be made during the registration process. You will need to select your room type, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment by Friday 30th September 2022 to secure your booking.
Beware of scams - Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for this event, such as Business Travel Management, may contact you requesting credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers.
Superior Room: $165 per night (room only) or $189 including breakfast for 1 (**SOLD OUT**)
Superior Ocean View Room: $210 per night (room only) or $235 including breakfast for 1

The hotel check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM. Requests for an early check-in will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

Accommodation can be cancelled up until Friday 30th September 2022 at no charge. After this date, cancellation will be up to the discretion of the hotel and may incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please contact the conference secretariat for any changes to bookings made via the registration portal.
